Read each statistic correctly
Confirm the source, geography, property type, unit, frequency and revision date. A national index does not value an individual home, while a project transaction may not represent the broader market.
Use current URA and HDB series, disclose the cut-off date, and avoid presenting any statistic as a prediction or investment recommendation.
