Why is advice provided by PLB Consult Team different & unbiased?
This is so because you’re not talking to a salesperson of a specific product (property).
Be it a new launch or resale, during the session, we’ll be discussing the needs, wants and real estate objectives of you and your family before providing our advice through deep-dive analysis and portfolio planning.
Am I required to buy through the PLB Consult Team? Can I do it myself (DIY)?
You’re not required to buy through our team if you would prefer to Do-It-Yourself (DIY). This also means that there is no pushing of high commissioned products – only what you and your family, deem suitable for your lifestyle, real estate objectives, etc.
Not forgetting, you’ll also gain access to the PLB Consult Team for ad-hoc advice for a period of 90 days after the first consult session via WhatsApp.

Property Price Index Performance
URA uses “stratified hedonic regression methodology” to compute the Property Price Index (PPI).
Variations in the attributes of private properties transacted such as age and unit size are controlled for by using hedonic regression, and price movements are aggregated using 5-quarter fixed weights to derive the aggregate price change. The weights will be updated once every 3 years.
