Digital Marketing Specialist – Funnel (PLB KL)

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing sales and marketing funnels in the real estate market.

What will I be doing?

1. Funnel Design and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing funnel strategies tailored to the real estate market.
  • Create detailed funnel blueprints for various client segments, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and property listing teams to ensure cohesive and effective funnel designs.

2. Implementation and Management:

  • Utilize funnel-building tools and platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels, HubSpot) to construct and deploy funnels.
  • Set up tracking and analytics to monitor funnel performance and client interactions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize various funnel stages and elements such as landing pages, property listings, CTAs, and email sequences.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze funnel metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on funnel performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance funnel effectiveness continually.

4. Optimization and Conversion Rate Improvement:

  • Conduct thorough audits of existing funnels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO) to increase lead generation and client conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to ensure funnels are utilizing the latest techniques and technologies.

5. Customer Journey Mapping:

  • Map out customer journeys to understand and improve user experience at each stage of the funnel.
  • Develop personalized and targeted messaging for different stages of the funnel to enhance client engagement and trust.

6. Content Collaboration and Development:

  • Work closely with marketing team to develop compelling content that supports funnel strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and alignment of sales processes with funnel stages.
  • Create engaging property listings, market reports, and educational materials that attract and nurture potential clients.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Communicate funnel strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to the sales and marketing teams on funnel-related processes and tools.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of funnel strategies.

What is required of me?

  • Good to have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Web Development and Computer Science graduates with experience in digital marketing are welcome.
  • Proven experience in designing and optimizing sales and marketing funnels, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in funnel-building tools
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and client behaviors.
