The real estate landscape has really changed in the way that agents now have to embrace changing technology and business tactics that are really modernizing the industry. It’s an increasingly popular business model in other countries, for example, like in the States, more than 30% of real estate agents actually belong to a team. So just to talk a little bit about what actually goes on behind the scenes in every sale or purchase of a property, it’s actually a huge amount of work that you might actually not be aware of. In a typical one-man show system, the salesperson has to wear many hats. He has to take care of marketing, administration, sales, and operations.
