Build the shortlist from practical requirements
- Fix monthly housing and travel budgets.
- Map regular destinations and peak-hour journeys.
- Choose required space, tenure and facilities.
- Compare current rental contracts and active supply.
- Visit at the times the household will use the area.
Compare neighbourhoods using current URA rental data and verified amenities. Venue lists, historic rents and claims about what “expats prefer” should not drive the decision.
