Facing stiff competition from other sellers at a newly TOP-ed mega project, our client needed his home to stand out as the unit of choice. Despite the unit being situated on a lower floor and facing an external road, our consultants highlighted how having a view of an open road and the sky could be more attractive than an internal-facing view looking into neighbours’ homes, and showed how installing curtains would diminish sounds of traffic.
