Seven checks for a current three-bedroom new-launch search
- Set the total quantum and all-in acquisition cost, not only an old price cap.
- Compare internal area, layout efficiency and usable bedroom dimensions.
- Review current price lists against lodged transactions and nearby resale alternatives.
- Assess construction stage, completion timing and household cash flow.
- Study supply, future competing projects and plausible exit audience.
- Check tenure, maintenance cost, developer track record and contract terms.
- Stress-test financing under current CPF, MAS and lender requirements.
No project remains recommended merely because it appeared in the 2022 list. Use current evidence for the exact unit.
