Seller's stamp duty calculator
Seller's stamp duty (SSD) is paid when you sell a residential property within a few years of buying it. How much depends on when you bought and how long you held it.
Your numbers stay in this browser. The calculator works on your device. It does not save your numbers or send them anywhere. They are only sent if you tick "Send my numbers" in the form at the end of this page and submit it.
