Our clients' story
We are glad to have our Kingsford Waterbay clients share their experience of working with our consultants. They first came across PLB's videos on Facebook and appreciated being able to spend time understanding a home's layout through the longer format. When they spoke about working with the team, they remembered prompt replies, information being shared and people with defined responsibilities. We are grateful that those details contributed to an experience they found smooth and reassuring. Their story connects the way we introduce a property on screen with the way clients experience our people behind it.
The client account below is paraphrased from the interview. Sections marked PLB perspective explain the wider process; they are not additional facts about this transaction.
From the interview
Finding us through a property video
Our clients recalled discovering PLB's videos on Facebook. They found the format engaging and appreciated that a longer video gave them time to understand the full layout of a home. That was part of what interested them in our work. They were not simply watching a quick glimpse; they felt the format helped them understand what they were seeing.
We were pleased to hear that explanation in their own words. A property film asks for a viewer's attention, and their feedback tells us what made that time worthwhile to them. The layout became clearer. That is a practical benefit, and one we value more than the length of the film considered on its own.

Prompt information and a team with clear duties
When our clients described their experience with the team, they spoke about efficient replies and information being provided promptly. They also noticed the people involved in the group and the different duties they handled. The organisation behind the relationship was visible to them, rather than something they had to assume was happening elsewhere.
They described the experience as smooth and fast, with a sense of reassurance. We appreciate that personal feedback. What they chose to highlight was the combination of information and support: getting replies while seeing a team that appeared organised around its responsibilities. We are grateful that working with our consultants felt reassuring to them.
PLB perspective
Why understanding the layout matters to us
A home is experienced as connected spaces, not as a collection of unrelated images. We want a property presentation to help a viewer understand those connections. The relationship between rooms can be difficult to read from a few separate shots. A film has the opportunity to provide continuity and explanation, if it uses the viewer's time well.
Our clients' comments about the full layout are therefore useful feedback for us. They describe understanding, not just entertainment. We want the audience to finish a film with a better sense of the property and the questions it raises for them. That gives the content a purpose beyond being something pleasant to watch.
PLB perspective
Using a longer format with care
A longer video is not automatically a more helpful one. We believe the format should earn the attention it asks for. Explanations need to add something to the images, and the sequence should help someone follow the home. The aim is not to stretch a presentation, but to give useful details enough room to make sense.
We appreciate that our clients found the videos engaging while still learning about the layout. Those two qualities need not compete. A viewer can enjoy a presentation and come away better informed. Their recollection encourages us to keep that practical understanding in mind when considering what a property film should accomplish.
PLB perspective
Following the video with a useful response
The experience does not stop when a viewer finishes watching. A person who becomes interested may have a question that the film cannot answer, or a situation that needs a conversation. We want that next exchange to feel connected to what brought them to us, rather than make them start again without context.
Our clients' comments about prompt information matter for that reason. A video can introduce a home, but the working relationship depends on how people respond afterwards. We value being useful at that point: understanding the question and sharing information clearly. It is part of respecting the interest and trust someone has already given us.
PLB perspective
Clear roles should create reassurance
Our clients noticed that people in the group had different duties. We are glad the team structure felt organised to them. From a client's perspective, support should not be something they have to untangle. Knowing that responsibilities are understood can make the relationship feel more settled, particularly when several people contribute to the work.
For us, the value of a team lies in how those contributions fit around the client. More people do not necessarily make an experience simpler. Clear ownership and connected communication are what make the difference we hope to provide. Their feedback encourages us to keep judging the structure by its usefulness to the person working with us.
PLB perspective
Remembering what made the experience reassuring
Reassurance can come from fairly ordinary moments: receiving information, getting a question answered or seeing that someone knows what they are handling. Our clients' account gives those moments attention. We appreciate that, because the experience of working with a consultant is made up of many exchanges that do not appear in a finished campaign.
We also hear continuity in their story. They found the content helpful, then valued the responsiveness and organisation of the people behind it. We want those experiences to support one another. The care put into explaining a home on screen should be matched by care in the conversations clients have with our team.

Thank you to our Kingsford Waterbay clients
We thank our clients for sharing what brought them to PLB and what they appreciated about working with our consultants. Their feedback is specific in a way that matters to us: understanding a layout, receiving information and recognising the roles of the people involved. We are grateful that they took the time to describe those details.
We invite you to watch their interview and hear the experience in their own voices. For us, the story is a reminder that good presentation and good communication belong together. We appreciate the trust our clients placed in the team and the perspective they have shared.
