Our clients' story
We are grateful to our clients from The Venue Residences testimony for sharing their experience of working with our consultants. Their story began with finding us on YouTube, but it soon became about something more personal: selling their old Bishan home and making the transition to their next one. They remembered a prompt response, discovering the team supporting their consultant and getting help with the timing around the sale and purchase. By the time the sale was completed, they recalled that the renovation of their new home was ready and they could move in. We are glad to have been part of that transition.
The client account below is paraphrased from the interview. Sections marked PLB perspective explain the wider process; they are not additional facts about this transaction.
From the interview
A YouTube introduction and a responsive start
Our clients first found PLB through YouTube. When they reached out, they remembered receiving a quick reply and a call back within a day. That was their recollection of the first contact, and we appreciate that it made a positive impression. A property enquiry is often the start of a much larger conversation for the person making it.
They were also surprised by the group conversation that followed. Alongside their consultant, they could see administrative and supporting team members involved. They had not expected that wider team behind the relationship. Hearing them describe that discovery helps us understand what stood out as they began working with us.
From the interview
Connecting the Bishan sale with the next home
Our clients explained that they needed to sell their old Bishan home and move on to the next property. They credited PLB with helping to coordinate the timing of the sale and purchase. For them, those were connected parts of one move, rather than two separate transactions that could be considered without reference to each other.
They recalled that, by the time the sale was completed, renovation at the new home was done and they were able to move in. We are glad that this part of the transition came together for them. Their account is about the timing around a Bishan sale and their next home; it is not an account of selling The Venue Residences.

Looking beyond the first enquiry
We appreciate our clients' comments about that initial reply because a response begins the relationship. Behind an enquiry may be a family already thinking through a difficult sequence of decisions. They may not yet have shared those details, but they are giving us an opportunity to understand the situation and see how we can help.
The speed they remembered matters, and so does the conversation that follows it. For us, a good start should lead to a proper understanding of the client's plans. A quick answer cannot stand in for that work. We want the first exchange to make it easier for someone to explain what they need from the move.

Making the supporting team visible
The group conversation was a memorable part of our clients' experience. It showed them that their consultant had people working alongside them. We value that visibility when it helps a client understand how support is organised. The point is not to impress someone with a headcount, but to make the working relationship easier to follow.
From the client's side, every person joining a conversation should have a reason to be there. We want the team to feel connected around the client's needs, rather than leave them wondering who handles a question. Their surprise at seeing the wider support reminds us that work we understand internally may need a clear introduction for someone encountering it for the first time.
PLB perspective
The move is bigger than either transaction
A household experiences a sale and a purchase through everyday questions about where it will live next. That is why we care about understanding the move as a whole. The property being sold, the next home and the practical plans around them all affect the client's experience, even when different people are responsible for different parts.
In our clients' account, timing is the thread connecting those parts. We hear a reminder to discuss the transition, not only the immediate milestone in front of us. Knowing what the client is working towards helps us understand why a particular date or update may carry more significance than it first appears to.
PLB perspective
A completed purchase and a home ready for living
Renovation adds another practical consideration to a move. A household may be planning for the point when a property is ready to live in, not merely the point when a transaction reaches its next stage. Our clients' recollection makes that difference tangible: being able to move was part of what they remembered about the experience.
We do not take credit for the renovation work itself. What matters in this story is the way the clients describe its readiness alongside their sale and purchase. It reminds us to listen for arrangements outside our own immediate tasks, because those arrangements may be central to what a successful transition feels like for the household.

What we appreciate about their perspective
Our clients remembered both the people and the sequence. They spoke about the team behind their consultant, then about how the sale, purchase and move related to one another. We are glad they shared that wider view. It gives a more personal account of service than a list of transaction milestones could provide on its own.
Their feedback also reminds us that a client relationship continues beyond a first impression. Someone may discover us through a video, but their experience is built through the conversations and practical support that follow. We want the trust created at the beginning to be treated with care throughout the work we have been asked to do.
PLB perspective
Thank you for trusting us with the transition
We thank our clients for welcoming our team into this part of their plans and for sharing their reflections. Moving from an old home to a new one involves personal effort as well as transaction work. We appreciate being able to contribute to the part entrusted to our consultants, while recognising everything the household is managing around it.
We invite you to watch their interview to hear the story directly. For us, it is a reminder to keep the client's eventual move in view, even while working through the individual steps. We are grateful to have supported them as they brought this chapter together.
