Strong launch take-up can reflect the project, supply cycle, buyer eligibility, pricing and financing conditions at that time. It should not be converted into a general claim that every executive condominium remains highly demanded or will outperform.

- Confirm the household meets current HDB eligibility conditions.
- Check the applicable income ceiling, property-ownership rules, grants and resale levy.
- Understand MOP, occupation and future resale restrictions.
- Compare total quantum with resale EC and private-condo alternatives.
- Stress-test rates, holding costs and a slower resale market.
