Freehold is one attribute, not the conclusion
A freehold title can affect the long-term holding proposition, but it does not by itself establish value, liquidity or investment performance. Entry price, location, layout, project scale, maintenance and competing supply still matter.
Reassess each previewed project
- Confirm the developer, tenure, approved unit mix and current project status.
- Compare launch prices with later matched transactions.
- Inspect total quantum, floor plan efficiency and recurring costs.
- Compare nearby leasehold and freehold alternatives at the same budget.
- Model a long holding period without assuming a tenure premium at exit.
