Haus on Handy after completion: a buyer due-diligence review

A completed-project retrospective focused on observed condition, transactions and rental evidence.

Published 20 April 2021

Updated September 2026. This is a completed-project retrospective replacing the earlier new-launch framing.

From launch proposition to completed asset

Haus on Handy was marketed as a 188-unit city-centre development near Dhoby Ghaut. City Developments Limited subsequently listed it among its Singapore projects completed in 2023. Buyers can now assess an operating development rather than rely on launch illustrations.

What to inspect today

  • Actual walking route and access to transport and amenities
  • Unit efficiency, outlook, noise and privacy
  • Condition of common areas and ongoing management costs
  • Same-project transactions and competing completed homes
  • Rental evidence after vacancy, fees and maintenance

Use current URA transactions and rental contracts. Completion and centrality do not guarantee resale demand, rental yield or appreciation.
