Climate resilience is a long-term planning task

Singapore's response combines emissions reduction, coastal protection, water and heat resilience, transport transition and land-use planning. The 2022 Long-Term Plan is context, not a complete current implementation record.

1. Check current national climate commitments and sector plans.
2. Use URA, NCCS, NEA and PUB sources for policy and engineering status.
3. Separate confirmed programmes from studies and options.
4. State the time horizon and uncertainty of projections.
5. Avoid speculative disaster imagery or property-price conclusions.
