An established freehold-city-fringe choice
The Pearl @ Mount Faber should be assessed unit by unit. Its value case depends on layout, floor, outlook, road exposure, maintenance condition and the buyer's real travel pattern—not a discontinued analytical score or a generic “tranquil” label.
Connectivity has changed
LTA states that Circle Line Stage 6 opened in July 2026, completing the loop between HarbourFront and Marina Bay. This expands route options around HarbourFront, but buyers should still test the actual door-to-door journey from the development. See the current LTA Circle Line information.
How to compare a unit
- Use same-project transactions by area, floor and condition.
- Inspect outlook durability, afternoon sun and traffic noise.
- Review management records and upcoming capital expenditure.
- Compare freehold and leasehold alternatives at the same quantum.
- Allow for renovation appropriate to an established project.
Current transaction and rental evidence is available through URA's private residential data service. Connectivity and tenure can support buyer interest, but neither guarantees price growth or rental yield.
