The earlier announcement described an intention to expand 2-room Flexi supply. A current assessment should compare that plan with flats actually offered, locations, application rates and completion timing rather than assume every household now has easier access.
Who should verify what
- Seniors: lease options, age requirements and the Senior Priority Scheme.
- Singles: citizenship, age, income and location or flat-type eligibility.
- Families: first-timer status, household eligibility and applicable priority schemes.
- All applicants: financing, grants, waiting time and conditions after purchase.
