Listing Marketing Executive (PLB KL)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Listing Marketing Executive to manage and optimize the marketing of PropertyLimBrothers’ Home Seller listings. In this role, you will ensure that every property is showcased with maximum exposure across portals and social platforms, while also serving as the main communication bridge between our sales, creative, and media teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service and measurable marketing results.

What will I be doing?

1. Home Seller Listing Management

  • Oversee all PropertyLimBrothers’ Home Seller listings, ensuring alignment across portals, media content, and launch schedules.
  • Provide consistent marketing support to Inside Sales Consultants and external clients.
2. Client Communication & Reporting
  • Act as one of the primary contact points in Home Seller chat groups, delivering timely updates and addressing client inquiries.
  • Prepare and share systematic weekly reports on listing performance, ad results, and social media reach.
3. Portals & Social Media Marketing
  • Manage property postings on portals and social platforms.
  • Track and analyze marketing activities, providing insights on performance metrics such as impressions, views, and engagement.
4. System Innovation & Automation
  • Work with internal teams to improve and streamline reporting workflows using tools, AI, or automation.
  • Continuously suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and content teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
  • Provide input on how portal marketing, social media, and paid campaigns can complement each other.

What is required of me?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property marketing, real estate portals, or digital campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and performance metrics.
  • Excellent client communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Excel, or similar) to track and present performance data.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Forward-thinking, with the ability to suggest improvements and streamline processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Candidates must have a local presence in Malaysia with a valid local ID.
  • Local presence in Malaysia / Kuala Lumpur is needed.
