We engaged PLB for the sale of our house. From the first point of contact via Whatsapp to our first F2F meeting, video and photo shoot and the challenges faced after the sale of the house, Jonathan, Kevin and Adrian were extremely professional, patient and prompt in response. Even after the sale of the house, we faced some challenges due to regulatory approvals and an unreasonable seller, they were with us throughout the whole process and gave us professional advice on the situation. Truly grateful for the amazing PLB service! Also, special thanks to Jonathan who took great care of our 4 naughty fur kids during the many viewings 😺

I approached PLB to help with the sale of my late mother's HDB flat. And property consultants Melvin Chan and Jonathan Poh were assigned to me. Everything went well and by far my best experience with property agents over the years. Strengths: (1) PLB consultants work as a team - I would attribute this as a big plus over sole property agent, as I had in the past experienced housing agent going on "missing in action" (MIA) for weeks. (2) PLB has a strong media team - we are very happy with the media team (Bahri and Xinying) who took great video, photos and virtual tour of my late mom's house. Kudos to Bahri (the cameraman) and Jonathan (who did the presentation). My eldest sister, who was a former broadcast journalist with high standards, heaped praises on the quality and professionalism of Bahri and Jonathan. Bearing in mind that Jonathan is a property consultant and not a professionally trained artiste. Well done! (3) Melvin and Jonathan - they have been very responsive, excellent marketing strategies, very fair and transparent with all offers coming from potential buyers. Kudos to Jonathan who did very well holding the fort on the day of "Open House". We had 14 serious offers and we closed deal on that day itself. Very fair dealings for both buyer(s) and sellers (my siblings and I). Thank you very much!!! Keep up the good work!!!

We were assisted by Jonathan and Melvin, who were both absolutely fantastic. They were extremely helpful and very thorough, and patiently guided us through the entire selling process. No questions were left unanswered, and they worked really hard to ensure we got the best deal for our place. We've also then engaged them for our subsequent purchase and securing of a rental unit. They were always upbeat and enthusiastic throughout all the viewings and appointments too, and were very proactive in helping us find our new home. They gave us a peace of mind, in an otherwise stressful period, to which we are very grateful for. The level of support they have given us through this journey has also been nothing but exceptional, and we have no doubt that they will be handling all our real estate endeavours going forward. 10/10 would recommend.
