This detached home at Jalan Bumbong had the largest land size in the landed enclave, incurring as high a price point that made it difficult for buyers to overlook when comparing to the past transactions.

Prior to marketing this home, we conducted in-depth research about the property and its surroundings, and identified intangible unique selling points, as well as the potential obstacles.

We presented these information in our Home Tour video, offering viewers an immersive insight into the listing. The addition of 3D Architecture Visualisation kept viewers engaged and allowed them to visualise the full potential of the home. We highlighted that the 8,288 sq ft land plot with a built-up that’s barely 6 years old is only asking for $999 PSF, almost unheard of in the landed market. In just 1.5 months, we sold the property at a record price!

This brand new 3,961 sq ft mega duplex penthouse located in the Clementi Township of District 5 was a treat for viewers. This home boasts elegant marble flooring, luxurious bathroom fittings, and a private pool on the 2nd Level, adding to the luxury of the homes.

We understood that choosing a home is a personal and detailed process. Prior to marketing this home, we addressed potential concerns that rose from our assessment, such as the open terrace space, kitchen size, and price quantum.

With this marketing direction, we managed to sell this home in just 55 days at $65K above the asking! Additionally, the buyers loved its close proximity to schools and the breathtaking unblocked greenery views which poised this home as their ideal escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.

Da Silva Lane

This 3-storey inter-terrace set along Da Silva Lane was a tricky one as the interior conditions needed touch-ups and the land plot size was average. However, our team still saw potential in this property’s 4,700 sq ft (built-up) space on its 1,733 sq ft land plot; and we knew that potential buyers would too.
During the home tour, we mentioned its location in a non-landed enclave, which essentially means its built-up can go as high as 5 storeys, subject to approval. We pointed out that its skylight allowed ample natural light to permeate the home, making it well-lit despite not having side windows. Additionally, the existing double volume ceilings and built-in lift serving all floors positioned this home a future-proofed home for the deserving family.

And did we manage to find that deserving family. We sold this home to a family who matched the “demographics”— one that needed seven bedrooms. An ideal fit!
