Terms & Conditions
  • All bookings made via this website are deemed as soft bookings. Bookings are only confirmed upon receiving the deposit amount (50% of the amount due).

  • Any additional charges incurred during the rental period (e.g. booking extension, equipment damage) must be settled at the end of the booking.

  • The studio may be used for legal business activities only. No smoking and no consumption of alcohol within or outside of the premise. Smoking is only allowed at the 2 designated smoking areas on Level 1 (next to the exit gantry or next to the carpark ramp) of the building.

  • Clients are expected to return the studio in the same or similar state (as much as possible) as it was during the handover.

  • As the studio is located within the premises of our office, do ensure that you are present at all times during the rental and your valuables are not left unattended.

  • Do keep the studio door shut at all times so as to not disrupt our operations on the ground floor.

Equipment
  • The rental fee does not include the use of the following in-house equipment.

  • Additional equipment is available for rent at the rates specified in our equipment list. All rented equipment must be handled with care.

  • The Renter is responsible for inspecting all equipment at the start of the rental period. Any pre-existing damage must be reported to the studio manager immediately.

  • The Renter is liable for any damage to or loss of studio equipment during the rental period. The cost of repair or replacement will be borne by the Renter.

Studio Usage & Conduct
  • The rental period begins and ends at the agreed-upon times. This includes setup and pack-up time. Overtime will be charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate, billed in 30-minute blocks.

  • The Renter is responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition it was found. A cleaning fee of S$300 will be imposed if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory state.

  • No smoking, vaping, open flames, or hazardous materials are permitted within the studio premises.

  • Food and beverages are to be consumed only in designated areas.

Liability and Insurance
  • The Studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to the Renter’s personal property or equipment.

  • The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Studio harmless against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the Renter’s use of the studio.

  • We strongly recommend that the Renter obtains their own public liability and equipment insurance for the duration of the rental.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than seven (7) working days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund of the balance payment (the 50% deposit remains non-refundable).

 

  • Cancellations made within seven (7) working days of the booking date will result in the forfeiture of the full rental fee.
