Within 10 days after the launch of PLB's signatue you tube video, my property was sold and best part, above my target sale price. I engaged Junwei for a consultation on my first property purchase. I had such a pleasant buying and viewing experience with junwei. He was also very informative with the details provided as compared to other agents that were just trying to hard sell me without my interest first. He provided very good information especially on location, development & comparison analysis. And provided additional macro and micro information about current affairs that allowed me to have a better understanding of my own needs and queries too.
