Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Engaged PLB George and Mikaela to represent us for our property hunt after selling our home as we think it's always better to have ourselves represented. And since our past transaction with them was a brisk in the park. At least they can provide us with a better perspective, insights and guidance on our next milestone.The whole process was very simple, we just shortlist the units we wanted and both George and Mikaela will do the ground works of organising viewings at our convenient, market research and even advice on the rough estimated asking price for properties that we like.With this powerful tool, we have lesser worries on securing / offering for a unit that we like cos in todays market its either buyer belongs to the "lowball group" or paying for "future pricing group" and we don't want to be on either side.Just wanted to have a fair deal and yup, gotten a unit that is what we love and within our budget. A very good experience engaging them, knowing there is a safety net we can fall on.

Wow, where do I start with PropertyLimBrothers? They are just amazing! I had the pleasure of working with them for the sale of my unit and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. George and Mikaela made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They understand that it takes a team of experts to provide the highest quality service, and they have put together a group of individuals (7-man team) who each specialise in a specific role. I was also really impressed with their response time. Whenever I had a question or concern, someone from the team was always available to help. They made sure that I never felt like I was alone in the process, and I was always able to get the information I needed quickly and efficiently. This means that we receive a level of service and attention that is unparalleled. One of the things that I loved about PLB was their use of technology. They had all these fancy tools and data analytics, but they were still able to explain it to me in a way that made sense. I felt like they really understood my needs and were able to use their technology to make sure I got the best advice possible. And let me tell you, their video creative was out of this world, with motion graphics, video editing, drone shots etc… I was blown away by how beautiful they made my house look. They really captured the essence of what makes my place so special and even presented possibilities as to how the house could be redesigned for potential buyers. The response was amazing - We had so many people reaching out to us after watching the video tour (17 groups of back-to-back viewings just one day after our home tour video was launched on YouTube). It was just crazy! Another aspect of their service that really impressed me was their ability to stage my unit so beautifully. They really have an eye for design and they were able to transform my space into something that looked straight out of a magazine. They brought in all the right furniture and accessories to showcase the features of my unit, and the result was just stunning. The staging was a huge factor in attracting potential buyers. The staging really brought out the best in my unit and made it stand out from all the others on the market. I was so grateful for their attention to detail and their commitment to making my unit look its absolute best. I truly believe that the staging was a key factor in helping me sell my unit so quickly and for such a great price. "We were looking for a reliable team to help sell off our property and thankfully we decided to contact PLB and in turn managed to get to know George and Mikaela. When we first met George and Mikaela, they spent time to understand our journey and future property plans. They helped provide professional advice and even drafted different timelines based on different possible scenario. They were always contactable whenever we had queries. They would advise us on how to prepare the house for viewings. After every viewing, based on conversations with the buyer's agent/buyers, they would provide a summary on how the viewing went, what are the buyer's profiles, buyer's thought on the unit and considerations, etc. Then when time came for us to view properties for our own purchase, George and Mikaela truly made us felt looked after, as though we were their children. They would always plan their time and made sure either one would accompany us for viewings. In fact, the whole selling and buying process was endurable largely due to the both of them. Their energy and passion is incomparable. At every viewing, they would help to look around and take in everything they see and observe about the unit. They would also help to ask questions that we might have missed. They would then share their observations with us after every viewing. For some reason, it took us some time to find a unit and location we really wanted. We explored properties after properties, even exploring different projects in different regions. Even for those appointments where they knew we just wanted to have a look and may not even consider purchasing, they would still show up well prepared and go for the viewing with us, and after the viewing, explained the pros and cons of the unit/project. They were never pushy, and they have never made us feel like they'd want us to settle for a unit just so our process would end and not take up any more of their time. When we ourselves felt restless and listless after viewing countless properties without a suitable one in sight, they were the ones who showed up with us weekends after weekends, infecting us with their positivity, assuring us that the right unit will be there eventually. Their time management is incredible. Even with so many clients and appointments on hand, they were never late for viewings, usually reaching earlier than us. They are also always well-prepared, having all the information (eg. unit size, age, type, location, etc) on hand. They are sincere in every negotiation, taking our interests into account seriously. They would offer advice and suggestions but they have never imposed any thoughts on us. Now that we have finally gotten a property that we like (all thanks to both of them!), we miss seeing them on weekends. To us, they are already more than our agents, they are just like our friends.
