We are seeking a talented and imaginative 3D Artist to join our Creative Media team.

As a 3D Artist, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and lifelike 3D models, textures, and
animations. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to bring concepts and ideas to life in various digital platforms and projects. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.

What will I be doing?

  • Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models, textures, and animations for use in various property or digital projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, concepts, and visual style guidelines.
  • Use industry-standard software (such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender) to create and optimize 3D assets.
  • Apply advanced lighting, shading, and rendering techniques to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.
  • Ensure that 3D assets meet technical specifications and performance requirements for real-time rendering environments.
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to integrate 3D assets into interactive applications or games.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques related to 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues related to 3D asset creation and implementation.

What is required of me?

  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
  • Strong understanding of form, shape, structure, and composition in both 2D and 3D spaces.
  • Knowledge of texturing and UV mapping techniques to create realistic materials and surface details.
  • Familiarity with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and their requirements.
  • Experience with rigging and animation techniques is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
