Production Executive (PLB KL)

We are looking for a highly organized Production Executive to manage and coordinate shoot schedules for PropertyLimBrothers’ property listings. In this role, you will ensure seamless scheduling, pre-production planning, and coordination with the creative and sales teams. You will play a critical role in making sure all shoots are efficiently organized, on time, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate has excellent coordination skills, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys being at the center of operations.

What will I be doing?

1. Shoot Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage the booking of all shoot schedules with sales consultants and creative teams.
  • Ensure shoot dates, times, and resources are properly arranged and communicated in advance.
  • Maintain and update a centralized shoot calendar to avoid clashes or delays.
2. Pre-Production Planning
  • Prepare all logistics for upcoming shoots (locations, equipment, crew availability).
  • Work closely with Creative Project Managers to confirm readiness before filming.
3. Cross-Team Coordination
  • Serve as the main point of coordination between sales consultants, photographers, videographers, and editors.
  • Ensure smooth communication so all parties are aligned on shoot requirements and timelines.
4. Workflow Support
  • Track shoot progress and flag any potential delays or conflicts.
  • Support the allocation of post-production tasks to ensure timely delivery of media assets.
5. Process Optimization
  • Continuously refine scheduling and coordination systems to improve turnaround time.
  • Explore tools or methods (e.g., shared calendars, project trackers) to streamline scheduling.

What is required of me?

  • Diploma in Media Production, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in coordinating shoots, schedules, or production operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with sales, creative, and post-production teams.
  • Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools (e.g., shared calendars, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Basic understanding of video and photo production workflows is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve scheduling conflicts quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must have a local presence in Malaysia with a valid local ID.
  • Local presence in Malaysia / Kuala Lumpur is needed.
