We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Studio Production Specialist to join our Creative Media team.

As a Studio Production Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our studio productions, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including production, sound, lighting, and post-production, to facilitate efficient workflows and achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of studio equipment and production processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing?

  • Set up and maintain studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio systems, and other production tools.
  • Coordinate and assist with studio production activities, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
  • Ensure proper positioning and framing of shots to capture the desired visual elements.
  • Monitor and adjust lighting levels, audio quality, and other technical parameters during studio recordings.
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop and execute effective production plans and schedules.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during studio productions and implement solutions promptly.
  • Manage post-production tasks, such as video editing, color correction, and audio enhancement, if required.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in studio production techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization to create a safe and efficient working environment.

What is required of me?

  • Proficiency in using studio equipment, including cameras, lighting systems, microphones, and audio mixers.
  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to address equipment malfunctions and production challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of lighting techniques, audio recording principles, and best practices for studio productions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing production requirements and schedules.
