The Story of PropertyLimBrothers
So yeah, that’s us. Melvin Lim and Adrian Lim, We met while training as Prisons Officers with the Singapore Prison Service during 2004. In 2007, we left the Prison Service and ventured into Real Estate Full-Time.
Over the past 14 years in Real estate, #RealEstateWithIntegrity is what we believe in and will continue to advocate.
This tagline #RealEstateWithIntegrity stays at the centre of the entire team here at PLB, because our core belief is that only in glorifying God in our work and business, then brings true meaning to work. Jesus says in (Matthew 22:39, Bible) to #LoveYourNeighbour as thy self and this commandment is to be lived out in the marketplace and in our team and thus excellence and integrity is naturally at its core in the way we treat people with love, integrity and care.

Melvin Lim
Having studied Banking and Finance in university, Melvin has a natural aptitude for numbers. But his interest for advertising and content has created his drive to do things differently each time for each project. Melvin sees every home as a unique property, each with its own character and a story to tell. He loves crafting stories, using his years of experience to identify the things that make a home special, and then showcasing them to potential buyers. This, he believes, is what gives him the edge over other realtors.
Adrian Lim
As for Adrian, among his family, friends, and client, Adrian is known for his passion, dedication and achievements in real estate. He is passionate about bridging the gaps between realtors and consumers by educating and advising his clients. He strives to help others thrive.
The PLB Story
Since 2017, PropertyLimBrothers has grown together with our audience, clients and the real estate market. From a mere 2-person team, to 122-strong operation. We work hand-in-hand to serve our extensive clientele through in-house media production, digital marketing, inside sales consulting, research, insights, and client support.
In 2022, PropertyLimBrothers ventured out to operate independently, under PLB Realty. This newly established realty arm will harness the power of media in property sales, branding, research and analytics tools on PLB’s one-stop online platform.
Our channels has been built and the brand positioning has created a lot of trust and loyalty with consumers over the past years through our content. In the past 2 years, Our campaigns organically and paid ads has performed tremendously benefiting our clients. Because if the reach is low, no matter how much you spend, the algorithm will not be as favourable.
When our clients list their properties on our social media platforms, they get the strongest outreach in terms of real estate organic and sponsored ad reach because we have spent so much money over the past 2 years to build this group of audience. And the results are increasingly great. Out of our viewings in 2019, averagely, we see 7 out of 10 buyers coming from Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and 3 out of 10 from property portals. Which means that if we only depended on property portals, we will miss out 70% of the potential buyers for the property.
85% of our properties represented by Video Home Tour Content and our Ad campaigns were sold via Social Media channel. How do we know that? We follow up closely with all buyers whom visited our properties and ask them where did they seen our ad? Video+Social Media or Portals?
But why do some owners not get results from social media marketing on their properties? The key is because they do not have an existing social media brand presence and audience pool to tap on.
