Wayne and Sebastian welcome back Phyllis to the studio for a discussion together on Hill House, an exclusive project in District 9 by the same developers who recently launched Koon Seng House and Jansen House, which we have previously covered. Situated on Institution Hill, the aptly named Hill House is a 999-year boutique development which consists of 72 residential units. From its elevated vantage point overlooking River Valley Road, this project enjoys being located in a vibrant area yet still having plenty of serenity and lofty unblocked views that are almost guaranteed to stay. To maximise this vantage point, the project will feature a swimming pool, as well as a jacuzzi and BBQ pit, on the rooftop. Concerted efforts to include various exotic plants and greenery also give it a more unique botanical outer facade.
Set to TOP in 2026, Hill House is a new addition to a relatively mature neighbourhood that is well-served in terms of both amenities and connectivity, with a whopping 4 MRT stations nearby, plenty of bus stops within walking distance, a bevy of reputable schools close by, and plenty of malls from the Dhoby Ghaut, Great World, and Orchard areas just a short drive away.
