Real estate has always been a source of stress to me so when I had to rent out my condo, I was really hoping for an agent that would find tenants and handle EVERYTHING expediently. Isaac Tan with PLB was exactly that. From the time I appointed him as my agent, everything was taken care of very quickly and professionally: from photo-taking, to paperwork to listing and showing. In fact, the listing and photos were so well done it took only one open house to get multiple offers. Because he had taken the time to get to know what I sought in a tenant, he was able to narrow down the offers quickly and make his recommendation. We signed the deal very promptly as well. Isaac went above and beyond to ensure a proper handover. He was extremely patient to explain all the nuances of our tenancy contract and our agent-client contract until i was entirely comfortable. After the lease started, I did not have to worry about the tenants at all. He took care of everything and he did it so cheerfully. Thank you Isaac. You have been such a gift to me in what would have been a stressful process.

I went for a property viewing in Bukit Timah area advertised by Jessin and Isaac from PLB. Even though I eventually the property didn’t meet my needs, I was impressed by the enthusiasm and authenticity in both of them. I decided to engage them to sell our HDB and upgrade to a condo, they were there to support all the way from our home sales till us getting the new place. They are always having very positive attitude and were very supportive throughout. We are very glad to have known them and engage them!
