    Jessin and George who represented us ( the seller), are a joy to work with. They are Professional, efficient and ever so helpful. At the start of the process, they did comprehensive research about our unit/project/district/ planned transformation in the area then presented a proposal of the recommended selling price and marketing strategy, pretty impressive. We also like the timely and detailed updates PLB provided us with for each of the interested buyer who came to view our unit for sale. There were no offers received when we used another agent, but with PLB, we got 3 offers and closed the deal in around 3 months. Glad we changed our agent to PLB.

    I first started enquiring about an affinity project via a video on YouTube back in May 2023. Then I contact Jessin to discuss on my situation. I wanted to sell my EC and using the sales amount to buy my next property. I gave her all my conditions - minimum sales price, next property must be brand new etc.. She is very responsive and compile a list of properties for me with all the indicative prices. It was long journey and I changed from affinity to Florence residence and end with parc clematis. She was very patient and no complaints at all. And she was not pushy, and never once ask me to lower my selling price. Compared to other agents I met, I think she is most sincere and very honest. Some agents I met will advise me to buy first and I will end up situations where I will need to sell by lowering my price. Anyway, everything end up well and I managed to sell my EC and purchase my next property through her.
