“Real Estate With Integrity” is the soul of what we do at PropertyLimBrothers. We believe that every experience with our clients should be authentic, honest and completely transparent from the start, so as to ensure a smooth and conducive sale for our clients.

This particular double-story penthouse at the Quintet is stunningly spacious and was just recently renovated a year ago in a tasteful, modern design; hence making it 100% ready to move in. This was a high quantum property in Choa Chu Kang area with an asking price of $1.78M negotiable. PropertyLimBrothers, Melvin Lim and Listings Manager Christina designed the marketing campaign customized to bring out the plus points and key benefits to owning this unique duplex penthouse with 4 bedrooms and tons of liveable space.

So how did PropertyLimBrothers manage to find the right buyers for this property? Let us walk you through it!

THE PROCESS

To start off, an open house campaign was designed. Digitally targeting the right audience from the start using our facebook, instagram and youtube campaign. We are able to garner 8 groups of interested buyers for viewing on the particular sunday. The open house was a success as all buyers turn up for the viewing.

The Signature Video Home Tour was the key content populated on the marketing campaign to showcase the beautiful pool views from the property, its spacious layout, all bedrooms plus family room on the second floor as well as the wonderful 6m Ceiling Height in the living room. Details such as nearby amenities, schools and transport options were also included to highlight the convenience of the property’s location.

THE RESULT?

At the open house, several buyers dropped in to view the place and at the end of the day we managed to secure some great offers for the sellers.

The home was sold in 1 open house weekend.

Sellers were more than happy with the result that they got. It was a win-win for both.
